Pheebs and I paid a visit to the Natural History Museum to see the Shell Wildlife Photography of the Year 07 exhibition. Some of the pictures were absolutely amazing and somehow managed to capture the essence of the moment. It kinda makes you want to go out and start taking photos yourself, although I think a lot of patience is required from reading the photo details! I think my two favorites are the Stoat sandwich picture above or the one below.
It was quite interesting wandering around the museum but I have to say gets a little monotonous looking at dead things and I prefer seeing animals alive, either in the wild or the zoo rather than stuffed! I think the next visit to a Museum will be the Science Museum! 🙂
