Phoebe and I went to see Casino Royale today as it was something to do whilst the weather was crap (and I had a day off in lieu). I must say that I wasn’t dissapointed in Daniel Craig’s performance as the latest member of the James Bond clan. Anyway I tend to make my own opinions on films rather than listen to the film critics. He plays Bond just before his 00 status and has taken the Bond we knew and loved to a new level……..a better level. Craig takes the role in a tougher, grittier, more human approach which works. It does take a while for me to get to grips with new Bond but I’m already looking forward to the next installment. 🙂
