Yes, it’s taken a long time to get to this moment but downstairs is almost there but most of the major work is complete. I’ve now got sanded and varnished floors and coving up in front room, dining room and hallway (upstairs and downstairs) along with all rooms decorated. As you can see it looks good and a vast improvement to what it looked like earlier.
Obviously, there will always be something to do with the house but I’m just going to be content for a long while as I can now entertain people without fear of embarrassment at living in a building site.
