For the time being I’ve updated the SSKA Basingstoke Karate website so it as least as some details of where we all train. I shall be updating once I’ve worked out what the club wants to put up on it. I’ve also started training at the SSKA Fleet branch who train at Court Moor School on a Thursday which is handy as it’s right around the corner from work….I’ve got no excuse now for attempting to grade…..although it has been 10 years since I did!

Finally got back off my arse and went back to the SSKA (Southern Shotokan Karate Association) after 7 years away. I did got to some other clubs since though but the last time I trained was back in 2005! Ouch, all I can say is that I felt it the next day!
